1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital books (e-books) are final.
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once:
- A download link has been sent to you.
- The digital file has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
- The purchase is completed in our system.
By purchasing a digital product from https://henicsgroup.com/, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period typically associated with physical goods under consumer protection laws (including EU/French Article L221-28).
2. Exceptions: Defective or Corrupted Files
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase, we will make it right.
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted File: The file you downloaded is corrupted and cannot be opened.
- Incorrect File: You received a different digital product than the one you purchased.
- Technical Failure: A persistent technical error on our website prevented you from accessing the file after a successful payment.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will first attempt to provide a functional replacement of the file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

If you have trouble downloading your e-book or believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical defect, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Describe the technical issue in detail (and attach a screenshot of the error if possible).
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via WooCommerce/Stripe/PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
